You should not be concerned if you feel you did not do your best. There is no such thing as “passing” or “failing” this type of assessment. The tasks are designed to become more challenging as you answer correctly in order to measure different areas of cognitive functioning. Cognitive performance can also naturally fluctuate depending on factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, mood, medications, and overall health.

If you experience an interruption or technical issue during your assessment, please contact our office and let us know what occurred and which task was affected. If you are unable to access the assessment entirely, please include the type of device, operating system, and browser you were using so we can help troubleshoot the issue appropriately.
