***Self-pay fees are as follows, and apply to those using OON benefits, as well as those who are paying out-of-pocket with no expectation of reimbursement:

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60-90 minutes): $325

  • Follow-Up/Medication Management and Therapy (60 minutes) $270

  • Follow-Up/Medication Management (45 minutes) $200

  • Initial Therapy Intake Session (60 minutes) $270

  • Follow-Up Psychotherapy Sessions (60 minutes) $250

***Wellness Services & Self-Pay Information

Some wellness and integrative services offered through Acceptance Pathway Psychiatry may not be covered by insurance plans. Coverage varies depending on the service provided and your individual insurance benefits.

Many of our wellness-focused services are offered as self-pay services to provide greater flexibility, personalized care, and access without insurance restrictions.

Services that may be self-pay include:

  • Weight management consultations Initial appointments (60 minutes): $175

  • Weight management consultations Follow-up appointment (30 mins) $125

  • Wellness injection visits Follow-up appointments (20 minutes) $100

  • Integrative wellness services, Lifestyle and preventive suppor (30min) t$150

Cognitive Testing Fees

Creyos cognitive testing services are currently offered as a self-pay provider-referred assessment and may not be covered by all insurance plans. Testing may be recommended following an initial psychiatric evaluation or follow-up appointment when clinically appropriate.

The self-pay fee is collected at the start of your appointment using the card we have on file for you

  • We provide you with a superbill, which is essentially a receipt that lists the services you received and amount you were billed

  • You submit the superbill to your insurance company through the Reimbursify app for free.

  • Your insurance company reimburses you directly or applies the amount to any out-of-network deductible, if this applies

All patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, to include co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances.

***Note: Some insurance claims are processed by Headway/Or Alma, and all patients using insurance through Headway/Or Alma will have a profile created in their system for this purpose.  We require that patients keep a card on file with Headway and Alma for any co-pay or deductible that may be due.

Payment is due at time of service. We would be happy to provide you with a superbill (a receipt) for you to present to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of our session fees. We cannot guarantee your insurance will reimburse you. Not all insurances offer out-of-network benefits. Typically, PPO insurance plans offer such benefits.
